И вот на «стапелях» елабужского завода, где недавно выпускались «Транзиты», появились новички от китайской компании JAC, только под российским брендом Sollers и, собственно, с одним-единственным изменением в конструкции — эмблемой российской марки. Она красуется на передке мини-грузовичка Argo и решётке радиатора фургонов и микроавтобусов Atlant, тех моделей, которые теперь «прописались» в Елабуге. Ну, ещё вензель Sollers есть на рулевых колёсах, которые у этих машин практически одинаковы.
Atlant, он же JAC Sunray, считается дальним родственником немецкого «Спринтера», однако внешне больше похож на «французов» от Peugeot и Citroen. Его силуэт менее заострён, зато бросается в глаза значительная ширина как кабины, так и кузова, плюс почти вертикальные боковины. «Французы» более «губастые», у них вычурно выпячены передние бамперы, у «Атланта» такого нет, его дизайн абсолютно «спокоен», без малейших архитектурных излишеств.
В кабине также здоровый консерватизм. Спокойные колеры пластика отделк — серо-коричневый плюс желтовато-песочный. Сиденья обиты серой тканью — это в фургоне, а в микроавтобусе был замечен серый «кожзам». Сборка в целом аккуратная, однако нестыковки деталей встречаются, впрочем, не существенные. Можно исправить и самостоятельно.
Мест в кабине фургона три. Водительское сиденье имеет регулировки в продольном направлении, по высоте, а также настраиваемый наклон спинки. Пассажирское сиденье имеет сдвоенную подушку и раздельные спинки. Их можно наклонить вперёд для доступа к пространству у стенки кабины. Пространство это, прямо скажем, узковатое, соберётесь в длительный вояж — вещи разместить здесь не удастся. Под сидельем определённый дополнительный объём есть, но тоже не для чемодана, максимум для средней мягкой дорожной сумки.
Также в дальней поездке было бы удобно иметь под рукой какие-то небольшие полезные ёмкости, бардачки, подстаканники. А здесь этого практически нет. Да, карманы в дверях, да, углубление сверху на торпедо. Но в «Соболе» десятилетней давности было аж четыре выдвижных подстаканника, а здесь выдвигается только пепельница, и всё.
Климатическая установка — с кондиционером, это плюс. Только работает она, как удалось узнать на ходу, весьма своеобразно — очень инерционно. То борешься с излишним теплом, долго добиваясь прохлады, то, наоборот, выкрутив регулятор до упора вправо, ждёшь тепла, а его нет и нет. Наконец, появляется, становится жарко, и опять требуется регулировка. Кондиционер — не роскошь, а необходимость. Если игнорировать его и пользоваться только вентиляцией с помощью открытых окон, можно продуть себе шею. Это говорит о хорошем воздухопритоке, но распределение воздухопотоков в кабине ц/м фургона не оптимальное.
Есть встроенная аудиосистема, но её наличие — формальность. Звук, что называется, «никакой», уровень максимальной громкости низкий, когда на скорости в салоне становится шумно, увеличиваешь громкость, на максимуме динамики начинают хрипеть от перегрузки. А уменьшишь уровень — музыку просто не слышно. Уровень шума в кабине «Атланта» высоковат. Плюсы магнитолы — в воспроизведении флэшек и в управлении ею с рулевого колеса.
Панель приборов без хитростей. Два основных стрелочных прибора и экранчик борткомпьютера между ними. Есть возможность оценить мгновенный расход топлива, только её… нет. Какие кнопки ни нажимай, на экране будут прочерки. Дефект отдельной модели? Нет. Пока функция отключена на всех «Атлантах». Приходится высчитывать расход солярки дедовскими методами.
